Motion: Reading and approval of the July, 2007 minutes.

Discussion: Treasurer’s Report. CPA firm compilation report. Choice of expenses and tax implications discussed. Accounts receivable and building repayment schedule reviewed. 2008 Budget committee meeting set. Motion to approve treasurer report for compilation passed.

Education—House—Finance/Long Range Planning

Education committee scheduled reviewed. RELAY™ information for education opportunities to be communicated to membership. House committee reported on “Community Room” marketing and maintenance suggestions. Finance and Long Range Planning no report. Meetings in future scheduled to include budget and year end  expenditures.

Multiple Listing Service—Public Relations—Equal Opportunity—Local Government Relations

MLS committee no report. Next meeting September 14, 2007. Public Relations reported Monster Rummage Sale’s excellent progress. Equal Opportunity no report. LGR no report. Meetings a schedules reviewed.

Grievance—Membership—Professional Standards—Technology

Pro-Standard/Grievance no report. Membership committee listed new association and MLS members. Technology committee reported on P-3. Motion to formulate a letter of performance to FNIS approved.

Real Estate Guide—Web Site

Re Guide on-going process reviewed. Website updates and content request reported.

Motion to appoint Lillian Pelletier as 2008 board director approved. Motion to approve service provider membership for MRS donation approved. Motion to invest $250.00 in memory of Joan Catania to C.A.R. Education Foundation approved.
